Our Trailer Hire Process

STEP 1

SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY

Use the form below or call us to enquire about your trailer and the specifications you require (tail-lift, barn doors, roller shutters, etc).
STEP 2

COMPLETE YOUR ACCOUNT FORM

We’ll send you an account form to complete, which you will need to return alongside a copy of your current O Licence and insurance.
STEP 3

CREDIT CHECK

In all circumstances, your company must be based in the UK and return an acceptable credit score for the application to be processed.
STEP 4

ARRANGE A DELIVERY OPTION

Once accepted, we can offer same-day or next-day collection from Leighton Buzzard (LU7 9JH), or nationwide delivery from £3 per mile.
STEP 5

SERVICING & MAINTENANCE

Routine maintenance. Servicing. Normal tyre wear replacement. 24-hour national breakdown assistance. MOT. These are included as part of the rental price.

How much does Flatbed Trailer hire cost?

Flatbed hire rates start from £110 per week, though this will be dependent on the size and specifications of the trailer. Hiring prices may be adjusted by BS Trailers based on:

Contract length.
Service cycle.
Operator’s licence terms.
Hire volume.
Credit rating.
Any relevant economic conditions.

What is included in the Flatbed HGV Trailer rental package?

Routine maintenance, servicing, normal tyre wear replacement, 24-hour national breakdown assistance and MOT are included as part of the rental price. Punctures, damage to the trailer and insurance are excluded and must be covered by the operator.

Do you deliver trailers, and what are the restrictions?

We deliver across the entirety of the UK from £3 per mile from LU7. We do not currently enforce a cap on mileage and can deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Alternatively, collection can be made from our yard in Leighton Buzzard with prior notification and arrangement with the team.

What is a Flatbed trailer?

A flatbed trailer is a type of open, flat-surfaced trailer commonly used for transporting oversized or heavy loads that don’t require enclosure. Unlike other trailers, a flatbed has no sides or roof, allowing for easy loading and unloading from all directions. It is ideal for hauling large machinery, construction materials, or goods that are too wide or tall for standard enclosed trailers.
