MOT and servicing is not automatically included with any order, unless this has been agreed with the team at the point of sale. For those looking for long-term maintenance on their fleet, we offer a range of fixed-cost packages. From our on-site ATF lane, to our five body shop bays and fully equipped commercial workshop, we’re able to supply full servicing and MOT for our customers.

We do not offer servicing agreements with our trailer sales. Servicing for trailers, or for your entire fleet, can be arranged separately with us. We have a range of maintenance packages available, and also offer mobile servicing options, so you don’t have to come to our workshop for your trailer’s maintenance.

We do not offer returns. This is because all of our trailers are sold as seen. The only instance where this rule does not apply is if a trailer is faulty. If this is the case, we may offer a return, but this would require the agreement of both parties.

Some of our trailers come with tail-lifts, but not all. If you are looking for a trailer with a tail-lift, they will be labelled as “with TL” in their description on our website. We have new stock arriving in our yard constantly, so if there is no trailer available with a tail lift now, there should be within a few days.

Yes you can. As part of our trailer sales process, we can fit new curtains with your livery already applied. This would need to be agreed upon before the trailer is sold, however. We do not offer this service for box trailers.

Standard wait times are 1-2 weeks. This delay depends on a variety of factors. There can be work needed to make the trailer ready, payments to process, and delivery will need to be fitted into our schedule.
