Our trailers are available to hire for periods from one day to five years, depending on the circumstances of trailer availability. Routine maintenance, servicing, 24-hour national breakdown assistance and MOT are included as part of the rental price. Punctures, damage to the trailer and insurance are excluded and must be covered by the operator.

We deliver across the entirety of the UK from £3 per mile from LU7. We do not currently enforce a cap on mileage and can deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Alternatively, collection can be made from our yard in Leighton Buzzard with prior notification and arrangement with the team.
In instances where our trailers become damaged under your supervision, you should immediately notify our head office. We will make arrangements to recover the trailer and supply a replacement while we handle the relevant insurance proceedings. We process all damages and claims in-house. The outcome will be dependent on the severity of the damage and is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In specific circumstances, the trailer may be repaired in our workshop or by an authorised repairer on-site, directly for the customer.
All damage and associated repair costs are the responsibility of the hirer.
You can request an account application form by calling 01525 574270, once completed this can be emailed along with a copy of your operator’s licence & current valid insurance certificate. We will then process this as soon as is practicable, as we at BS Trailers pride ourselves on being able to offer a same day new application to trailer collection service- wherever possible. In all circumstances your company must be based in the UK, registered as Limited with Companies House, and return an acceptable credit score, for application and acceptance.
We require every new customer to complete and return our Account Form prior to rental discussions with our team. We credit check every applicant to assess and receive a credit rating depending on their status.
We also require a full Hauliers Operators Licence, ADR certification and a copy of the operator’s insurance for every new account, providing this is compliant and general housekeeping has been adhered to.
